Oh My, those designs are spectacular !! What a positive result from getting LOTS of exercise.

I had seen those before, but really enjoyed seeing them again. Thanks for posting the second link. That's what worked for me.

That first one would be awesome in light-blue fabric and and off-white thread sewn into those patterns.

SOMEONE GIVE THIS MAN A SEWING MACHINE!!!!!!!!! HE IS SO TALENTED.
