Do you Knook???
I just bought a beginner's kit and instrctions for both left and right handed Knooking. I am left handed and learned to knit and crochet from my grandmother who could do either left or right. I am just a dabbler and have just taken up the arts again a year ago. This knooking intrigued me am
rather confused. Have got the knit stitch down pretty well, but can't seem to make the pearl stitch work. Does anyone else have a proble with it at all? Have looked at utube, but that was more confusing. Like to know what you all think of it. |
I can honestly say I've never heard this term before. Hopefully someone here has some experience with it and can help you. You might also find some help at www.knittingparadise.com

Silly me thought you were going to talk about the pad that you read books on....I guess that's NOOK! LOL!!!
Sorry can't help. Hope there are others that can. Claudia |
Good heavens! Every time I switch between knitting and crocheting, I have to readjust. If I combined them, I might never recover! The web site I visited did not show the finished product, however.

I too, thought you were going to discuss the NOOK. I have "fat fingers" and many times end up with an extra letter. LOL

No, I Kindle

Looks like a variation of the afghan stitch. Only with the afghan stitch you stitch across, bind off backwards and then stitch across again.

I googled it, and it appears it is knitting using a crochet hook:
