trouble downloading pattern
 

I am getting the monthly pattern downloads from shabbyfabrics.com and this month, i can't download it---screen says internet has stopped working. What do I do here?

If you've gotten in there before, they may just be having trouble. i'd wait a day and try again. if you haven't used that site, i'd not try again. too many viruses out there for something free!

I just tried their website and it came up okay. Did not try to download pattern.

Try downloading it as the print function Then choose the create pdf printer. It will pop up as a new pdf and then print or save from there. I down loaded the July pattern with no issues. Luann

Have you tried clearing your web browser's cache?

I belong to a BOM from Shabby Fabrics and have to download the patterns every month also. I usually have to call Jennifer every month and have to have her walk me through the downloading process, as it is really funky. Shabby's phone number is 1-509-499-2343. It is in Spokane, Wa. Pacific coast time. It is a warehouse only, so you usually have to leave a message and she'll get back to you the same day. She is very helpful. Hope this helps.

I just tried and downloaded the latest pattern and it works fine. Very fast download in fact.

I downloaded the July BOM pattern the day it was posted and had no trouble. I hope you are able to download the pattern now.

I have the same problem that internet has quit working. The way I download in right click on the block, then select "Save target as..." Open up a file where you want to save it.
