Quilt Wizard app? Worth $5?

Does anyone have the Quilt Wizard app? Do you like it? Is it worth $5? The reviews look good.

I have bought very few apps and I would hate to pay $5 for something that is not worth it or i would not use. (Almost all the apps I have were free.)

What have you done with the app?

I used quilt wizard for quite awhile until I felt like moving up to EQ was an option. I found it easy to use and lots of fun to play with. Definitely worth $5! I think I paid about $20 for mine.

I used it to audition placement of colors, determine if I liked various combinations of blocks, and just play with possibilities.

Oh and several older children in my life loved playing with it too. One preteen girl designed a very complicated quilt that she wanted me to make. I told her she had to help me do it if I was going to make it. So far that hasn't happened.

Is this a phone/ipad app or a computer program?

It's a computer program from the makers of EQ. I think the MSRP is about $30. I got it for 1/2 price at Joann's a few years ago. It's not bad for a basic program.

Where are you finding the computer program for $5? It's $22.55 on amazon.

It is an app for iPad and IPhone on the App Store for $4.99 right now. Maybe not the same thing as the computer program? I was referring to the App. I didn't know it was a name of a computer program too.
