Ribbon and Blooms

I started this quilt (Beth Ferrier's Ribbon and Blooms design--that I modified to suit me) about 5 years ago. It was part of a QAL with my small group. I am the only one (of 12) in the group to have finished (so far) and I'm the least experienced quilter in the group :p The pattern called for Beth's "hand applique by machine" method, but I chose to hand applique--never had done it before, so why not start on something HUGE??! The quilt measures over 110" sq.
