Looking for some input....I have an Emerald 118, less than a year old that has gotten very slow. I haven't used it much at all. I cleaned it and put a drop of oil as instructed, but it didn't help at all. Am I missing something or does it need to go to the sewing doc? Thanks so much!

Could be a problem with the foot pedal.
