Here are a few more applique blocks for my "A Thirties Treasure" done in brights on a black background.

Keep in mind that I am finished the applique part, but there is going to be hand embroidery also......... Have to wait to the next class to learn that but I have enough to keep me busy until then.

Are you learning needle turn applique?
I have done blanket stitch, and I put my dresdan plate together with its backing using an invisible stitch similar to what is done on binding, but have never learned needle turn.
