Good morning. New to the group and this is my first post. I had 2 granddaughters born in the last 2 months and here is one of the quilts I made using the friendship star pattern.

the friendship star is my favorite pattern for a baby quilt and it works well for both boys & girls and any color.

Thank you. I really didn't like the pattern until I put it all together, I will be posting a picture of my other quilt later. Forget to take the pic and asked my daughter to bring it over so I could.

Welcome to the board, and what a terrific quilt. I always say that these quilts will be treasured forever! And hey, congrats on two new babies in the family!! What an exciting time for everyone - I hope you get to spend lots of time with them as they grow up!! Grandmas are critical to a young child!! I know I adore watching my kids and their grandparents together - what a special relationship!! Enjoy...and post more pix - I love to see them.
