Help with Custom Works
 

I think that Custom Works is pretty old as programs go, but that is what I have. I am trying to update it from the website and it simple does not update. Does anyone out there use the program, have advise for me, etc.? I have had my machine for something like 4 months, and I am using it almost daily! Love love love this new tool in my quilting arsenal! Thanks!

what website are you trying to update at.... when i googled, lots of sites sell the update.

Perhaps the update you are trying to make is incompatible with your computer's operating system. That is usually the reason when I've not been able to update software. Check the update to see what operating system it requires. If it is newer than what you have on your computer, that is probably the reason. And if you find you cannot update your operating system, you may have an older program already on your computer that cannot run on newer systems.
