Pattern file is invalid
 

My family just purchased the Platinum 3000 with QuiltSewClever II. We've had it about 3 weeks and have been figuring things out. One major problem we have had that we can't seem to get an answer to is whenever we resize a pattern and save it, we get an error "pattern file is invalid" whenever we try to pull that saved pattern back up. Does anyone have experience with this error? Is there something we are doing wrong? Any help is greatly appreciated.

I would call my Viking dealer and/or join the QuiltSewClever Yahoo group that is dedicated to this product.

We have contacted our dealer. She's not sure what is going on and is trying to get answers as well. I saw the Yahoo! Group - I will definitely try there as well. Thank you for your response!!

is the resized design a bit larger than the hoop that is connected to the machine? or perhaps you need to rotate it if the hoop is oblong eg 5x7. what are you using to resize, machine or computer program? you're welcome to pm me if you have a question regarding this
