New to Forum and to quilting
Hi Everyone
I am starting to get into quilting.. my friend has been encouraging me for a few years as it is her passion. She has helped me make quilts for my grandbabies and they are beautiful. Recently I thought I need to try one on my own, and realised just how much harder it is without her thinking it out for me and telling me what to do :) I have a great niece turning 18 next month and found a pattern in a magazine so having a go at doing it myself.... I sure have some issues with 1/4" seams and making points of squares touch perfectly.. practice makes perfect?? So looking forward to learning from you all on the forum, being inspired and being encouraged. :) |
