Italian Greyhound Rescue fundraiser quilt
3 Attachment(s)
I made this little lap quilt / wall hanging quilt for the Reliant World Series Dog Show. It was hanging in the Italian Greyhound Rescue booth as a raffle item to help raise funds. It did pretty good! We raised about $500 with this fun to make quilt.
The applique pattern is from Darcy Ashton's book, Darling Little Dogs. The top is mostly modeled from a baby quilt pattern found in a magazine. I wish I could remember what magazine so I could give credit. The original had teddy bears instead of dogs. Thanks for looking. :-) |
That's gorgeous! I didn't make it around to all the rescue booths this year. I was running short on time because I had to be to the dachshund rescue booth to work. I wish I'd been able to see it IRL. I'm glad you raised so much money with it!

Patrice, which Doxi group? There were two there! I'm probably going to make one for Doxi of Houston, as one of my friends is a volunteer with that group. You may know her. Mary W. She takes a lot of pictures of dogs in hats. :-)
