need a fabric

Hi everyone i am making an alphabet quilt for my GGD and could use a small piece of x-ray fabric or something else that begins with x. Any ideas?

What about a xylophone? Sorry I don't have any fabric just giving you another x word.

Someone posted a quilt with little animal skeletons on black fabric but I don't know what manufacturer. You might find something Goggling Day of the dead fabrics.

When I made my alphabet quilt I used the xylophone fabric found here:

If you have some grey fabric you could try and bleach out like ribs or something to make it look like an x-ray. You would need to use a tiny tip on a bottle to kind of draw on the fabric. I think a hairdryer might be good to heat it up and make it work faster. Then make it look like the front of the machine. That is my only suggestion.

Spoonflower has quite a few X-ray fabrics.

There must be some Halloween fabric with skeletons you could fussy cut.

That would be cute with little skeleton appliques.

I'm pretty sure I have a few scraps of a cat fabric that shows the Xray of its' chest. I'd be happy to share.

Any Star Wars fans in the family? I've seen Star Wars fabric that has X-wing fighters!
