More Leaf Placemats
5 Attachment(s)
I made 4 leaf placemats for my gathering room table. Found a new fabric I just couldn't do without, but where to put it. Gathering room it is. So where would my leaf placemats go? Dining room, of course. Except, now I needed 4 more leaf placemats. Wanted them all different, but only had the original 4 leaf patterns. I took the original leaf patterns and made adjustments for the new leaf shapes.
Here is the posting of the original 4 placemats that I made for my gathering room. http://www.quiltingboard.com/picture...s-t231924.html Bigtooth Aspen http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=491919&stc=1 Red Oak http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=491920&stc=1 Bradford Pear http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=491921&stc=1 And my favorite, Sassafras http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=491922&stc=1 All decked out for Thanksgiving http://www.quiltingboard.com/attachm...d=491923&stc=1 |

Beautifully done. They are great. Your table setting looks wonderful and ready for some good eats.
|
Very pretty. Mind if I ask a question: are the veins of the leaves done by a narrow satin stitch?
