just so you know, that was NOT made by the Singer Manufacturing Company.

looks like sold by C.A Wood co. Not a singer...date. 1890. Produced by National sewing machine company..

got excited cause it's listed in Atlanta - but it's actually on the border of South Carolina. A bit too far to ask my son to pick it up for me.

I know this is a very old thread but is there anyone here that has information on the Philadelphia HA made by C.A.Wood? I know its not a singer, i know the part about using the singer name but Im looking for parts and a manual if possible for mine. Maybe even a video on it, using it, working on it ANYTHING
thanks in advance
Janet

Welcome to the 'other board''

I believe the manual can be found at https://archive.org/details/higharmp...tructionmanual
As for the parts, I have no idea.

Im sorry janey and joe jr for not responding to your replies. I feel terrible, I ask for help and then i ignore the helpers....I never saw this, I was just searching my email for a quilt pattern and this popped up, I really am sorry. I now have what I need for this machine, thanks to you both if you are the people from the other group I believe you to be. Again, I am sorry, but thank you for your help
