Teaser - I have TWO new handcranks arriving today!
One is unusual enough we are not exactly sure WHAT model it is, but it is almost certainly an American
(it has the funky shuttle with round bobbin that the #1 and #7 share) It looks like an American #7 but it does not have the round stitch length selector... The other was made during the US Civil War. (Shaws Patent 1862) And to tempt fate even more, they are both packed into the same box!! (Luckily this was packed by the person who taught me how to pack machines) Pic's after they arrive and I get home to unpack them |

What fun! I've not taken possession of a new machine in way too long (though I've bought two and agreed to a third that are being held for me that I need to go pick up in April).
I've sort of taken a break from the sewing machine stuff pending getting the building set up - because I'm really trying to stick with only what FITS and not get any more. Will have to go on the "One in- One out" plan after that. |

But you can always do an other add-on if you get too many way to irresistible machines! |
