Machine Shed update

Today DH made the 6 shelves and we got them installed. they are all firmly attached to the walls. I'm going to make foam board pads for all the machines on the shelves that aren't in bases. Only a few will stand level on their own.

Still have some cabinets to move out and others to move in, along with about 20 more machines.

The treadle table gets center front - mostly because it's too big to put anywhere else! But it looks good here.

Around the corner (not organized yet)

Nice job. You'll love getting your house back to being your house, too!

I have enjoyed the progress reports on the machine shed. Now that's what I call a real project!!

May I suggest a simple board as a base with 1-3" lengths of dowel at each corner(can be fancy lathe turned too).

They can be trimmed to fit each machine easily.
With a little rubber or felt on the top of each post they would sit nice.

Looking good! It's amazing how quickly you and your husband work. Nice job on the shelves too.

Looks really nice...it is all pulling together rather quickly.

It's looking really good! I really like the looks of all of the machines one on top of the other in those shelves. Now, THAT is my kind of decorating :-) Thanks again for sharing your progress.
