Finding the fabric will be more of a challenge than this pattern. I see just 10 strips of fabric sewn together and the sub cut like a Bargello. The simple applique leaves are attached.

Cute but you don't need a pattern. Cut 6 -8 inch strips across the width of the fabric in the colours needed. Once all the strips are cut, sew them into a top, recut into 2-3 inch strips the opposite way. Reassemble the cut strip moving the pieces up or down a bit to cause the waves. Appliqué the hearts on after sewing all the strips back into a top. I think the person who made it called them a Bargello Landscape?

There is a bargello pattern here that is similar, http://quiltinspiration.blogspot.com...lo-quilts.html but I would think that this would be an original! It wouldn't be too difficult if you had the right fabrics.

Very simple example of a bargello with appliqued leaves. You don't really need a pattern.

This company has a number of patterns that are very similar:

It might even be one of theirs...

This looks an awful lot like a pattern called 'Aspen Gold' by Mountainpeek Creations. Leaves are in a different spot.

There's a older book out with that method of "bargello." Check out: INSTANT BARGELLO by Susan Kisro.
