Janome handcrank

So, anyone test run the Janome 131 antique-looking new or modern handcrank? How metal is it???

No experience with it, but it's purty and I'd like to have one to play with. Yes I know, it's Chicom made.

I have read 4 different reviews on boards about this machine. ALL claim that it is not worth buying.

The primary issue is manufacturing tolerances. Very poor.

That's what I figured. I'm kinda surprised Janome let their name be put on such a thing.
