New Quilting board friend....what a great day!
 

I am so blessed, I got to spend part of the day with this gorgeous Quilter, DJ!!!!!!!
We live in the same state of Oklahoma and by the end of the day decided we may be related.....we have the same nickname of Mrs. M.; same preference quilt style; same love of colors and contrast, and both enjoy yummy snacks!

She showed me a local quilting shop or two, and we happily laughed and shared our various quilting experience. We shared yummy snacks, and ended the day with a wonderful selfie.....

if you ever have the chance to meet up with a Quiltingboard friend, it is wonderful!!

PS. She even gave me some AMAZING cookies and some beautiful fabric! My heart is soooo full!

How wonderful that you got to meet! I met a Quilting Board member a couple of years ago...and we are good friends to this day. She is a very special person IRL, and I am truly blessed to call her my friend. The internet is wonderful!

wow, that's so wonderful to meet a qb friend. I too met a friend Dotty (dotcomdtcm) about 4 yrs ago.
to this day, we communicate daily with each other. and have a lot in common. It's so much fun to make the effort to meet someone, if you get the chance, do it.
