Hunter's Star
The Hunter's Star quilt is on my bucket list. I've always been intimidated by the pattern, but I just came across this wonderful video tutorial by Jenny from the Missouri Star Quilt Company. Her method is very easy and I'm definitely going to use it to make my quilt. Just wanted to share the link incase anyone else wants to learn. Easy Hunter's Star

I had always paper pieced that block. Now I use my Go and die to make it. It's one of my favorite blocks.

I made this one - a bazillion half square triangles - but here is where my bloc-loc ruler absolutely paid for itself. Quilt did go together perfectly.

Oh! I might just try to do one. Hers looks so nice. Thank you for sharing

Who knew there were so many ways to make this pattern.
It's on my list but I prefer to make my HST's without all the bias edges. |
Is there any way of downloading the directions from MSQC?

Hunter's Star has been on my bucket list for a long time, and I just received Deb Tucker's Rapid Fire ruler for Mother's Day, so I have to try it soon.
