Anyone know the name of this quilt?

[ATTACH=CONFIG]551377[/ATTACH]I have made this quilt twice, picture attached, and now a friend wants to know the name of the pattern. I know it is a free pattern but because of a serious case of cranial flatulence, I cannot for the life of me remember the name.
