Signature Blocks - what kind of pen is best
 

I am having an event next weekend and having signature blocks which ink pens have you used and which ones are the best. Thanks in advance for your help.

I've always used the Pigma pens. Usually a #3 or a #5 works best for writing. And it helps to have freezer paper ironed onto the back of the fabric.

I have too used the Pigma pens. They are made to mark on fabric.

Ditto Doggramma. Pimga pens and the very important freezer paper. Remember some will have never signed fabric so the freezer paper will help stabilize for writing.

I use the pigma pens also. Instead of ironing freezer pPer on all those blocks, I take a piece of extra fine sand paper to lay the blocks on top of while signing. The wet/dry paper is great for this

Micron pig a pens. They come in a variety of colors, do not bleed- nice crisp lines. Are acid free, archival quality, fade resistant.

I recall reading somewhere that this item has been discontinued. They probably don't realize what a market they have in quilters.
