red and black quilt with cat fabric
 

I just finished a red and black quilt that has cat fabric as a focus. My cat inspector, Hot Rod, looks just like the cats on the fabric, though he claims he is more sophisticated looking. :)

My son says when he looks at this quilt, he has the urge to go play Checkers. :)

At any rate, it is a fun quilt. I like it and I will enjoy it. (Normally my quilts are purple, but I am attempting to "use up" all of my cat fabric...an impossible task, but I gotta try.)

If you are one of the quilters who offered advise on fabric choices for the four block part, thank you for all of the help. I can never make decisions without input!
