This is my first Bargello. It is the "Fire and Ice" pattern out of a Fons and Porter magazine. It didn't have a border so I added one. This was my first time mitering corners and they came out fine. This quilt is for my sister and her favorite color is purple. The picture doesn't do justice. Part of it looks blue but it really is dark purple. Maybe she will not want it (yea right).
