I've made two T-shirt quilts, one for each of my sons. I just "followed my nose" so I have no suggestions as to the best way. However, welcome from the beautiful mountains of western NC.

Welcome from MD, from a gal who also lived in MO once upon a time. I have zero knowledge of how to do t-shirt quilts. Sorry.
