Bernina and Juki
 

Hi everyone I just finished my first quilt on a Bernina Record 830 and a Juki industrial and I must say I started on the Juki but at 5500 stitchs a min it was way to fast for me even after reducing the pulley to a smaller diameter but that helped.
The Bernina on the other hand after cleaning, oiling and minor adjustments was smooth as butter, the Juki we bought from a seamstress and the Bernina came from a lady that gave it to my wife.
Something I have learned after being married to a quilter for over 40 years is don't touch her sewing machine that she quilts on.
