I was so excited when I saw the fat quarter price today in my local Joann's. Sadly, nearly all their fat quarter fabrics have been very rough to the touch for a long time. I only found and purchased 4 that were slighty softer.

I found the same thing. The quality just wasnt there. I didnt buy any.
