Cocktail patterns

I really want to make a co-ordinating set of mug rugs for outside in the summer and had the idea of a cocktail drink on each one. I've found some good ones on pinterest but can't get any patterns! I've been earning online for hours. Does anyone have any patterns/links to patterns for different drinks? I don't mind paper piecing or appliqué

Try this

or some of these

Thanks Kris - I have not long found that one myself. It is a little more simplistic than I was hoping for so I may have to attempt designing something myself at this rate. I just assumed it would be something I could easily get hold of but it seems not!

Here's an applique idea:

If you Google "cocktail coloring pages" you may find some simple ideas that could be turned into applique.

Also, if you Google "cocktail fabric" some great-looking fabric comes up that could be used in simple coasters.

It's a great idea. Good luck. Of course we want to see what you come up with!

Years ago Pat Sloan offered free patterns for some drink glasses etc. Not able to see it on a quick search and they are all fusible appliqué.

Mug rugs. Outside. Hmmm. Perhaps think on something that the wind isn't going to claim. If you are using stemmed glassware, I've seen those "rugs" that sort of envelope themselves onto the base so they stay with the glass. If all are different, it helps identify which one is yours, too! There are hot pads that are this same sort of idea that make nice gifts with a recipe card tucked into the fold.

Be sure to check page 1 on the second link - several cute ones there also.

How about using cocktail print fabric, as DJ suggests, with the folded design illinois mentions. (If you haven't made them before, just post a request for directions.)

If you have any crown royal bags make them into coasters
