Looking at a used APQS Lenni

I have come across a used 2009 Lenni Longarm Machine. It is not in my state as I have no dealers in my area (earlier post) Is this machine too old to consider? The seller says it works great and she is just upgrading to another APQS with auto advance. Do any of you own this particular model? If you do please comment as this will be a very long road trip for me to go pick it up. As always, thank you!

I don't own a Lenni but I bought a used 2007 APQS Millie in 2014. It is still running strong. Have you gotten onto the APQS website? APQS.com, then pull up the Forum. You can ask questions of other Lenni owners. APQS is known for long running machines. If you bought a new one, you get a lifetime warranty. Their service is great, both in person and assisting over the phone.

You can also get an idea of cost for that machine. Get the serial number from the seller and call APQS.

I definitely wouldn't hesitate buying a 2009 Lenni. As JT said, a new APQS comes with a Lifetime Warranty, but APQS machines are built to last. I bought my new Lucey last October, and she's a fantastic machine! If the price is right, I say go for it! Let us know what you decide.

I just pulled up the APQS website:

APQS Used Machine Inventory

2017 Lenni with Lifetime warranty – List price: $ 8,500/ Sale price: $ 7,900

Not sure what the sale price is on the 2009 Lenni, but this is something to consider.

Thank you JT, it's a very good price for a good machine but over my budget...sigh

I have one of the original HQ16---prolly close to 20 years maybe more. I recently had to replace the circuit board type thing. It was under $500 to buy it and have it installed. I would buy it if that is the model I want.
