Quilt creator program

I have quilt creator which I use to make labels for my quilts. This morning I created a label. This afternoon I tried to use the program to create another label and the icon was grayed out in the drop down menu and missing below. Anyone know why?

Did you try exiting the program and closing it down, then restarting it?

Or even rebooting your whole computer?

Closing the program and then going back in is what I would try.
