Does anyone know the name of this pattern?

It looks like an uneven log cabin quilt. With pieced sections. It was probably an original someone designed and made. If you want to make something like it get a pad of graph paper, some colored pencils and start in the center drawing it out.
Many quilters create quilts without commercial patterns. I use graph paper and colored pencils a lot. I always start with a ( frame) lines determining the size I want the finished quilt to be then determine what size each little square represents. From there I can start designing

Pretty quilt - great colors.

I agree with ckcowl that there may not be a pattern available for this quilt. It's a mixture of log cabin, curved log cabin, delectable mountains, and some additional twists thrown in. Very pretty quilt.

Could this be the Eureka pattern?

Wow! If it isn't that quilt it is very, very close!! I can make that work. Thank you!!

Eureka immediately came to my mind, too, because I have the pattern and intend to make it. It's not a pattern for a newbie, though, just in case you have little piecing experience. Mine will be in reds and greens like the original pattern---I have all the fabric bought and set aside for it.

Just bought the pattern and I looked through it. I have been quilting for quite a while and it still looks intimidating. LOL. My nephew sent me the picture and asked me if I could/would make it for his wife (who is my sister's daughter). Love them both. How could I say no? They saw the quilt somewhere and she loved it so he wants to surprise her.

You can do it. Take your time. That is a beautiful quilt.

It is a gorgeous quilt. I have seen this pattern completed at quilts shows---but not often, lol.
