[ATTACH=CONFIG]616801[/ATTACH]MY BFF asked if I would make twin size quilts for her 3 yr old great grand nephew and niece (twins). According to her they like minnie and mickey mouse and dinosaurs. My original thought was to make her niece this one of Minnie Mouse and a dinosaur one for her nephew . But i couldnt find a dinosaur fabric I liked so decided to make his with Mickey Mouse in blue. and they wont be arguing over who gt Minnie and who gets the dinosaur. The pattern is one I copied from a picture in one of magazines ads. I have used it in previous quilts like The Grandpa Quilt and Wolf Glen.

That's so cute, fresh, crisp & colorful. Both quilts will be loved by the twins. I think you did right in making the Minnie/Mickey quilts. Maybe a dinosaur quilt will come l bit later when the twin boy is a bit older. :rolleyes:

Your idea of making Mickey and Minnie quilts for the twins is perfect! They are a matched set! And no arguments! "Dinosaurs" and "ballerina" can come later as their individual interests firm up and, no doubt, change.

"Minnie" quilt is adorable as will be "Mickey." I love the pattern! Great job!
