Singer 221 and 201-2 Light Socket
 

I'm looking for a replacement for the light socket on my 201-2. Looking at photos of Featherweight light sockets online they look like the might be the same part. Can anyone confirm that they are, or are not, interchangeable?

From looking at my 201 and 221 they look enough different that it won't work.
The cutout on the back of the 221 light looks different from the 201.
Search ebay and bonanza for awhile and you should find one
for the 201.

I'm certain that I'll be able to find a replacement. My question was partly prompted by just plain curiosity, wanting to be a little more knowledgeable. Thanks for checking for me!
