Wow! I didn't realize this posted--I could not post the pix as I was on ipad and tho't it canceled. Anyway, I gave my first quilt to a sweet neighbor girl who shared goodies with us all year. This is the new top just for me.

I finally did the last of the Christmas quilting on the 5th of January. I so understand what you are saying.
