Should I fix it?

I'm posting this to get some feedback, should I force myself to live with the error knowing that the 9 year old DGS would not notice anything wrong. Or should I just get off my duff and fix my mistake.

The top and bottom strips are in the wrong places, I was trying to not have any of the fabric right next to it self. I will decide tomorrow to rip or just put the borders on.

Would it bother you? Thanks for the feed back.

It looks nice the way you have it but it is up to you.

If you can keep yourself from pointing out that it is a mistake, then no one will know:)

Since you are asking, I think you are not happy with it and should fix it. If I intended the same fabrics not to be next to each other then this would bother me. At this point it's still an easy enough fix. :-)

I guess it is something simple and you'll be glad you did fix it, so yep, go ahead. Nice quilt!!

I think it's fine the way it is.... but if it will always bug you, then fix it that way it makes you happy

Had a similar problem the other day.

lt’s bugging you - so fix it - then you’ll be happy with it.

You know how you intended to put them together. Only you can decide if you want to fix it. I would have to fix it.

It really is fine as it is, even if you aren't happy. But we want to be happy so do what you need to do. I was one seam away from the project here and decided I couldn't live with it -- even though the hubby said "no actually, I like it better that way, not saying to make you feel better I really like it".. But I'm the one who had to live with it or at least finish it and give it away. This is the perfectly fine but not right one:

The redone one is on the next page.
