Quilt show, Slidell LA
 

Event: Gulf States Quilting Association presents their 18th Biennial Quilt Show
Where: The Northshore Harbor Center
100 Harbor Center Blvd
Slidell, La. 70461
When: April 3-4, 2020
Time: 10am - 5pm

There will be over 400 judged quilts that will be displayed with ribbons awarded to the winning quilts. In addition, door prizes, a merchants mall - that will include vendors from all over the US, including but not limited to, scissor sharpening; sewing thread; fabric; woven baskets; craft boutique; quilt appraisals; door prizes; photo booth; bed turning; class on wool and food vendors.

Great Show! A group of friends and I travel from Pensacola every show! Thanks for posting, I was wondering what weekend this year.

Gosh, I hope you are having loads of fun. Is this a guild function or a community based show? Hopefully you were able to enter a quilt!

Yes, it is a guild function, and no, I did not enter a quilt. The event has been postponed to later this year.

Sorry to see it was postponed but I'm glad to know it will go on later this year. The Pensacola show squeaked thru yesterday, It's also today. But attendance seems lower than usual. I hope to be there whenever they decide to go on with the show.
