cannot reset my password

I have been trying to log on for about a week without success. I'm in now with a new password from the board but I cannot reset my password! If someone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated.
I have almost forgotten why I wanted to log in:shock:. I wanted to try to post a pic from my computer and I found a pic that said it was small enough; even though I don't remember what pic that was:o. Posting from my IPad is not going to happen. I have long fingernails; need I say more? Also another thing I noticed is my android phone's pictures were the right size, but the Iphone pics are too big.
Ok, I'm going to look for the pic.
Now QB says it's too large. I will stay logged on and play with this a while.

Trying again. The pics say they are 2.89 in size, so I don't know what the problem is. BTW, I did not put the hearts on my signature, so I guess anything goes on QB right now with the new format.

Sorry I can't help with the password issues, but I know on the old boards that my pictures had to be under 2k and I've kept to that with the new format. I think the total is if you had a picture in each available slot, not how big a single picture can be.

With my system and settings and such I haven't been able to get the paper clip to work. I use the "Go Advanced" option and "Manage Attachments" after I have gone to this site to reduce my old school digital camera images.
https://www.reduceimages.com/
I just follow their defaults and prompts and download the reduced image to my system and upload it here without ever having a size problem again!

I made some screen shots of my system showing the steps and posted them here:

just tried changing password in user control, didn't work. this must be a computer thing happening.

I did get my password changed. Go above, click on User CP. There is a list of options on the far left. One of them says edit user name and password. I hope this helps.

if you need help setting a new password, just send me an email.
users are reporting mixed success trying to do it themselves.

the safest photo file size will be well under 2MB.
i always make sure mine are not more than 1MB.
members with slow internet will thank you. :)

So glad I found this thread! I have been a member for 10 years and haven't been able to sign on for over a week except with a temporary password … then when that expires I am locked out again! What has happened? Need help please!
