Hi Ana, you've found a good place for inspiration and maybe even some motivation.

I'm so amazed by the creativity of the people around me I stopped getting any quilting magazines because this was just a lot better!

Now that you are here, please start and join discussions and posts pictures along the way. So many of us don't have/aren't in a position to have many quilting friends or relatives but now we have the internet. I'm self taught and if I can help you avoid some of the bad lessons I've learned, I'll do that. And I'm always picking up new tricks and hints too. I have some vision issues that are starting to impact my quilting but I'm working around them partly by changing what I do and how I do it. Because we all start somewhere and we all end some where, and some of the best stuff to know or the funniest "we aren't laughing at you, we are laughing with you" stories involve fabric/quilting or worst of all ourselves doing something wrong with our fabric or quilting.

Howdy from Texas. I'm glad you are ready to get back to sewing. I very seldom have a day when I don't want to sew. There are surely days when I don't sew but it's not because I don't want to. We are here to help you stay motivated & encouraged. Happy to have you here!
