Any tutorials or help I can get to design and sew a stuffie that looks like a Minecraft character? Asking for my grandson 😃

I don't have grandchildren. Is a stuffie similar to any stuffed animal except it looks like a character in Minecraft?

Many are just made from different size squares/rectangles turned into cubes.
