Some way I signed up n paid $74 for this n im not sure what it is or how I signed up. Is there a phone number for administration or a way to figure out what this is. Ty

Did you receive an email telling you that you signed up for something? Did the email also ask you to confirm or verify your order or credit card number?

If so, it's probably just a scam.

What is the name of the thing which you've been told you signed up for?

we don't charge anything for any purpose.
if you paid somebody, it wasn't us.
