Painting on rubber boots

Does anyone know exactly what paint you would use on rubber boots? I’ve looked on the net and I’m still unclear!

thanks for your help :)

I would look in the marine paint to see if there was rubberized paint for boats? I think it would be less expensive to buy new boots in a colour you like. You would also run into the problem of the paint leaving the “ rubber “ gummy because rubber boots are usually plastic now.

Oh Tartan, plain rubber boots are so blah! What’s a girlie girl to do? These are boring navy blue... yuk. 🙄

How about finding a bright contact adhesive paper (mactac) and cutting out some flowers to stick on the boots?

Yes, you need some cute ones!

Perhaps you could glue some pretty fabric flowers on them!

I put some vinyl on my motorcycle helmet. I used the vinyl that you apply car window decals. It's been rained on (a LOT) and hasn't come off...I think it's been there for about 3 years. Of course it doesn't get the "action" that boots do but it would be something to try. I used my Silhouette cutter.
