Anyone tried the two ingredient dough?

One part Greek plain yogurt
One part self rising flour.

It is used to make dough for pizza, rolls, sweet dough for buns. Is it any good?

It's good if you are on weight watcher and are watching points. I made it several times then. As far as a replacement for normal bread dough. I don't think it would compare. It's an easy recipe, give it a try and see if you like it.

I have. It's okay. Easy enough. As toverly says, it doesn't compare to the real stuff.

Now that I think about it, I may have tried this before. It must not have been good or I would have continued to make it. LOL

I tried it. It's OK, kinda like using the packaged mix.
Should specify, I used the 2 ingredient pizza dough recipe. I tried it as a bagel dough and it didn't work too good.

Heavy cream and self-rising flour makes a great biscuit! You can also use half & half (full fat), self-rising flour and butter. Google two ingredient heavy cream biscuits. Yum!

Yes, and I really like it. I make it into two "bagel" shapes and cover with Everything Bagel Spice. When I 'm craving bread - this is my go to recipe. Warm and with a cold soda pop - it's just the best snack!

Can vouch for this...this is one of my favorite things to make. I've used it for pizza several times and have made dinner rolls with the dough as well. Tastes just like traditional dough!
