Kitchen Boa Scarf
I watched a very good YouTube video titled …How to Make a Kitchen Boa Scarf with Trim. It was done by Notches Sewing. If you are looking to make some quick gifts, they look really cute and handy. I know I will be making a couple for myself, maybe another QB member will provide a direct link but you can also search on YouTube using the title.

Tartan, Thank you 😊
Do not know how to furnish this particular link. Is the author Notches Sewing ? Like the presentation and the list of products. |
Well here I was envisioning something feathery, fluffy and fun to wear while doing dishes bedecked in a bathrobe, slippers and a nightcap. Alas, they are something far more practical! Thanks for info Tartan, they look like fun gifts to make!

What are they used for? If I were to wear it cooking or preparing foods I'd probably catch it on fire or cut it while chopping food. I think I'll stick to my aprons to wipe my hands on.

My three daughters and I each made a kitchen boa during our girls' retreat at my house a few weeks ago. I have an embroidery machine and we did designs on them. They were fun and useful. I have tried to upload a picture but it keeps failing.

Thanks tallchick for providing a direct link!

That's really quick, easy & useful. I think I'll try to make a couple for gifts this year. Thanks for the link. The instructions were fantastic.

Those are really cute, but I'm pretty sure that it would drive me nuts hanging around my neck. I always have a dishtowel thrown over my right shoulder while I'm cooking. Several times my sons/family have commented when I wear it to the dinner table!
