Bernini pressure foot
Hi can any body explain to me the use of the letter V after the number on a Bernina pressure foot please?
my wife has just purchased a 480 and the pressure foot numbers a,b,c & d are explained on various websites but never the V. Grateful for any replies! |
stumped here. I have owned 4 Bernina's, never saw a foot with a "V" Maybe a picture would help us.

I’m unable to post a picture at the moment! Just joined and working my way round but if you type Bernina 97v into Googleit brings up the foot. Thanks for the reply!

The picture seems to look like the Bernina 97 foot, The only links I could find for the 97v foot refer to the website you listed. Is the "v" actually printed on the foot or just listed on the website. I don't see it listed that way in the Bernina accessories for the 480. Maybe the website for some reason added a "v" to the listing?. I think I would try and contact that website to see if they can explain it? Just compare the photo of the 97v foot with the 97 foot.

I'm thinking the "v" is a typo.

The description lists it as Foot # 97. The V is probably a store listing thing. Bernina has old style and new style feet.
