Scrappy Log Cabin Quilt
2 Attachment(s)
I make lots of log cabin quilts, always using scraps. When I just need something relatively mindless to work on, this is my go-to quilt design. I try to vary the setting so they're not all the same. I just finished sewing the binding on this one today. Drake (who got a haircut this morning) wanted to have his picture taken too.
It's 90" square, all scraps, Warm & White batting, quilted on my Innova. |
Beautiful. I love the layout, love the scrappiness, love it all!

Wow, that is a beauty! What a great layout! And Drake is a doll too.

Wow! Love it! I often use scraps from my string basket for log cabin quilts, so they are a bit wonky but, as you say, easy, mindless projects. Good for snowy and rainy days!
