Do you know the name of this pattern?

Thank you!

I don't know a name, but it looks like it was made by strip piecing. The stripe is cut in a horizontal length and sewn to a dark. Then pressed open... and cut with a 60 degree template ruler, all down the strip. The triangles are sewn together and then bordered with the skinny strips and then the background 4 corners are added. BUT... this pic looks like it's made of wood, like a barn quilt.

It definitely looks like something painted on wood. But I think sewbizgirl's method would work

Thanks Sewbizgirl!

It is a painted piece. It seems in the recesses of my mind that I've seen this pattern before, but perhaps not. I will copy your instructions and try it out.

So glad you asked this question!
I can't help you with a name either, but while I was hunting for it, I found this:

I appreciate your time and effort in finding the pattern.
Your scissorTail link is very interesting. The pictures linked to the pattern, quilt design and some even had coloring pages.
Thanks so much 1CharmShort!
