I have a brand new futura xl-550. Been sewing for 26 yrs. I thought this would be an upgrade from my brother pe-800. All I've had are errors and malfunctions. Any experiences or help appreciated.

Have you talked to the Singer people? Does your machine have a warranty? I hate it when I get something new and all I get is trouble. Is it too late to return it?
