These are some of my brown scraps. I am really tired of using scraps. But, I am determined to shrink the bucket.

Nice quilt! I, too, am in the using up scraps mode. I've made a 3 or 4 quilts and don't seem to have made a dent in the scraps yet!

I think it's really pretty! And good for you using up scraps!

Oh, I like that! the fabrics are great and those borders are too! (I want one)

That's a very nice quilt. I think scraps multiply at night in the dark.

Very pretty. Not overly fussy. The more scraps you pull out of a bin, the fluffier the remaining scraps get. :D

I am involved in a log cabin challenge from our LQS. I have been trying to cut logs from my THREE shoe boxes full of 1.5 inch strips. I don't think I'll see much difference in them either, when I have enough for one quilt.

I don’t think I would get tired using scraps this pretty. When I first saw an Irish Chain, I feel in love. Yours here has a vintage look. I think it could be used in a western show/movie and not look out of place. Very nice.

I admire your resolve. You keep making wonderful quilts so that's a win right? BTW, I really like that you used a neutral "print" instead of a solid for your background fabric.

Love it! Irish chain is a favorite and seeing yours makes me want to make one. Thanks for sharing!

Isn't it fun to use what is on hand to "shrink the bucket"! You can then relax and mutter to yourself, I did it, I knew all along I could and whoopee! one off the list. Now....what's next.
