B830 Hoop Question
 

Hi!
I purchased an B830 without the embroidery module or any other accessories. I’m trying to purchase the needed items to start embroidering. I know I need an L module but I need to know if the hoops interchange between the S and M module to the L module? Another question, do I have too change the stitch plate?

It vaires by hoop. If you look at the details for each hoop on the Bernina website it will tell you which model the hoop is compatible with, For example, https://www.bernina.com/en-US/Access...mbroidery-Hoop

I would suggest you change the stitch plate and also you will need an embroidery foot. I'd suggest you try to locate a Bernina dealer close by. They can set you up with all you need. Many offer discounts during certain times of the year.
